I would like to commend you for your generosity in donating my total cost for the procedure and kit to “Whiten my Smile” to the “Smiles for Life Foundation”. The entire procedure was a pleasant experience.

In Florida we expect that no one gets anything for nothing. I came fully prepared to expect some kind of gimmick. I wasn’t really thinking of having this done at my age, but the thought that the cost was going to a legitimate charity was what I needed to go through the process. I was prepared to walk out. But what did I find? A staff of nice people – from the receptionist, the person who made the molds and Kay who was so patient in explaining the procedure to an 89 year old geezer.

I observed the operation of your staff while waiting for the “fitting”. It was obvious that the treatment I received exemplified their dedication to their jobs. Something that is pretty hard to find these days. It reflects on the person where the “buck stops” – YOU.

I have written many letters of condemnation in my long business career and it’s great when the opportunity presents itself to write one of commendation. I tip my hat to all of you.

If it were not for the fact that I have been with Dr. Hill in Deerfield for almost 25 years I would consider making a change.

I would also like you to know I intend to make a contribution to the Foundation.
